Can you make OEM or ODM product?
Yes, if the quantity is attractive enough, we can create new moulds for you and manufacture bodies casting with your logo and nameplate. For smaller quantities, we can provide customized labels or nameplates.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally, we maintain stock for regular products, which can be delivered within 1-2 weeks. If the goods are not in stock, delivery typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the product category.
Do you provide free samples?
If samples are available in stock, we can offer them free of charge. However, the air freight or courier costs will be at your expense.
What are your payment terms?
For order values less than 20,000 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders above 20,000 USD, we require 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. L/C is also available.
What quality certifications do your products hold?
Our manufacturing processes and products are certified under ISO10012, BSCI, and GMP standards to ensure consistent high quality.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept orders as small as 1PC if the specific item is currently in our stock. For custom production, MOQ requirements may apply.
