Materials List

Specialized in the production of aluminum die casting, zinc alloy die casting, and aluminum lightweight production. With 15+ years of experience, we provide high-quality die casting parts and have successfully developed lightweight processes with multiple national patents.

Our products serve the automobile, medical, power industry, electrical appliance, construction, and high-speed railway sectors, exporting globally to Japan, Germany, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Squeeze Casting Process

Squeeze casting, also known as liquid-metal forging, is a process where molten metal solidifies under pressure within closed dies. This creates pore-free fine-grain castings with mechanical properties approaching those of wrought products.

Process Advantages:
  • Superior roughness similar to precision casting
  • High-accuracy and tight tolerances
  • Reduced material costs and minimal extra machining
  • Supports T6 heat treatment for enhanced strength
  • Excellent sealing properties with near-zero porosity
  • Mechanical properties comparable to forging
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we get free samples?
For stock sizes, we provide free samples for quality testing, though customers cover freight. For customized samples, a new mould can be created at the customer's cost.
What is the normal lead time for production?
Stock products ship within 1-7 days. Mass production typically takes 30-40 days, which may be longer if a new mould is required.
What shipping methods are available?
For small trial orders, we use FEDEX, DHL, UPS, or TNT. For larger orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
Which industries use your die casting parts?
Our components are widely used in the automobile, medical, power, electrical appliance, construction, and high-speed railway industries.
What is your annual production capacity?
We have the capacity to produce at least 6,000 tons annually, with individual parts ranging from 0.005kg to 15kg.
Can you provide T6 heat treatment?
Yes, especially for our squeeze casting parts, we can perform T6 treatment to achieve mechanical properties similar to forging.
