How do you handle shipping for mass production?
Normally, mass production orders are shipped by sea or train. For samples, we utilize express services like DHL, TNT, FedEx, and UPS.
Which packing materials do you use for sea shipping?
For sea freight, we use European standard wooden pallets. Parts are individually packed in PE bags inside sturdy carton boxes.
How do you deal with Request for Quotations (RFQ)?
Our process includes a feasibility study meeting between sales and R&D engineers, followed by technical feedback to the customer before the final quote is issued.
