Manufacturing Capabilities
Manufacturing

Our capabilities include CAD modeling, CNC Milling, Manual Milling, Manual Turning, Precision Grinding, Heat Treating and Assembly.

Our facility features CNC machining centers, lathes, and slow-speed wire cutting machines. We select ideal equipment based on geometry, material, and volume to provide premium quality at the best price. We hold tight geometric tolerances for diameter, true position, profile, and flatness.

Quality Inspection

All components must pass a thorough final inspection. We utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM), salt spray testing, profile projectors, and other precision devices. All testing is conducted in a 20°C climate-controlled room. Components are 100% inspected and identified with logos if required.
