Automobile exhaust bellows, also known as automobile exhaust pipe hose, is installed in the exhaust pipe between the engine exhaust pipe and the muffler. This ensures the entire exhaust system has a flexible connection, reducing vibration and noise while extending the life of the system.
Mainly used in light vehicles, minicars, and buses, the structure features a double-layer corrugated pipe covered with wire mesh. Material is primarily high-quality Stainless Steel SUS304, with options for aluminum-plated steel nozzles.

Factors affecting the size of bellows:
1. Engine Displacement: Larger engines (3.0L+) require larger diameters (Φ80-150mm), while small engines (1.0L-2.0L) use Φ50-80mm.
2. Design Constraints: Compact chassis layouts may require shorter or specialized folding bellows.
3. Environmental Conditions: Areas near the engine require thicker stainless steel to withstand extreme heat.
