Our standard tolerance ranges from 0.01mm to 0.05mm. We can also provide tighter tolerances based on specific customer requirements and drawings.
What materials can you process with CNC machining?
We work with a wide variety of materials including Aluminum (6061, 7075), Stainless Steel (304, 316), Steel, Brass, Copper, and various plastics like ABS, POM, and Nylon.
What surface treatments do you offer?
We provide comprehensive surface finishing including anodizing (clear and color), polishing, sandblasting, plating (zinc, nickel, chrome), painting, and laser engraving.
Which drawing formats do you support?
We accept 2D drawings in PDF and CAD formats, and 3D models in Iges, Step, SolidWorks, and UG formats.
How do you ensure the quality of the parts?
We perform a 100% QC inspection before delivery. Our facility is equipped with CMM, projectors, altimeters, and thread gages to ensure every part meets the specified dimensions.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our current production capacity is approximately 50,000 pieces per month, supporting both prototyping and mass production.
