Welding Advantages

1. Argon Tungsten Arc Welding

  • Argon effectively isolates air, resulting in high-quality welds for non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.
  • Stable arc even at low current, ideal for thin materials.
  • Separate control of heat source and filler wire for precise adjustment.

2. MIG Welding

  • High production efficiency with fast wire melting speeds.
  • Excellent protection and penetration with minimal defects.
  • Stable arc and uniform droplet transfer with few spatters.

3. CO2 Welding

  • Strong penetration and high productivity (1-3 times higher than manual arc welding).
  • Low cost and high resistance to rust and cold cracking.
  • High quality for thin-walled components with small deformation.

4. Resistance & Manual Welding

  • Minimal heat-affected zone and deformation.
  • High productivity suitable for mass production assembly lines.
  • Flexible operation with strong adaptability for most industrial alloys.
Welding Process Overview

Quality Control Process

Production Process Flow

Raw Material Inspection

All materials are provided with certificates and pass receiving inspection. Samples are sent to independent labs for specific testing to meet customer demands. Materials are tagged and classified for full source traceability.

Producing Inspection

Each production phase is monitored. The first product of every run undergoes rigorous testing. Only after confirmation by the quality manager does mass production proceed. Operators perform constant size and appearance checks.

Final Inspection

Products are only released from the warehouse after all quality documentation is signed and verified to ensure 100% compliance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How long can I get the sample? A1: Depending on your specific items, samples are generally provided within 3-7 days.
Q2: What kinds of information do you need for a quote? A2: Please provide the product drawing in PDF. Providing 3D drawings in STEP or IGS format is highly recommended for accuracy.
Q3: What should we do if we do not have drawings? A3: You can send your sample to our facility, and we can copy or provide better solutions. Pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width) are also acceptable.
Q4: How do you guarantee the final size meets our drawing request? A4: We manufacture moulds according to your 3D drawings and perform sampling when batch production starts to ensure every dimension is correct.
Q5: How do you ensure the color after painting or powder coating is correct? A5: We use professional color cards with specific numbers (such as RAL numbers). We contrast the sample surface with the color card to ensure the effect is accurate.
Q6: What is your standard packaging for goods? A6: Normally, the inner package is nude or protected based on the material, and the outer package consists of cartons reinforced with plywood for safe transport.
