We can supply 1 or 2 sets of samples for free if we have ready parts in stock, but customers need to pay the courier cost. For customized items, we can produce based on your samples or drawings.
Q2. What are your terms of packing?
Generally, goods are packaged in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Branded packaging is available with proper authorization.
Q3. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept Western Union, Money Gram, L/C, and PayPal.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
For stock items, it takes 1-3 days. For customized production, it takes 15 to 60 days after receiving advanced payment.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before shipment?
Yes, all goods undergo 100% testing before shipment to ensure safety and performance.
Q6. What delivery terms do you offer?
We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU terms to meet different logistics needs.
